Trip Details

  • A: Most trips take place in Blue Ridge, Georgia, with many guided days on the Toccoa River. Trip location depends on river conditions, season, and your experience level.

  • A: No. Our trips are beginner-friendly and customized to your skill level. We can focus on instruction, techniques, or simply having a fun day on the water. text goes here

What’s Included

  • A: Yes. Rods, reels, flies, and terminal tackle can be provided if needed. If you have your own gear, you’re welcome to bring it.

  • A: A guided day on the water, instruction based on your goals, and help with reading water, fly selection, casting, and techniques.

  • A: Depending on conditions, we’ll do float trips on the Toccoa River or wade fishing in select areas around Blue Ridge.

What to Bring

  • A: Sunglasses, water, snacks, weather-appropriate clothing, and a rain jacket just in case. If you have waders/boots, bring them—if not, we can help you plan what you’ll need.

  • A: Dress for the season. Layers work best in North Georgia. Quick-dry clothing is ideal, and neutral colors are great for fishing.

Licenses + Regulations

  • A: Yes. You’ll need a valid Georgia fishing license. If we’re fishing designated trout water, you’ll also need a trout license.

  • A: All of our trips are catch and release. The Toccoa River sees a high amount of fishing pressure, so practicing conservation helps protect the fishery and ensures quality fishing for everyone.

Weather + River Conditions

  • A: We fish in light rain, but severe weather may require rescheduling for safety. We’ll communicate early and make the best call for your trip.

  • A: Yes. Water releases and flows can impact where and how we fish the Toccoa River. Your guide will choose the safest and most productive plan for the day.

Booking + Policies

  • A: You can book through our website or contact us directly to choose the best trip for your goals and schedule.

  • A: If you need to reschedule, just let us know and we’ll do our best to find another date that works. Cancellations within 72 hours of your trip may forfeit the deposit. We always refund deposits for emergencies or weather cancellations

  • A: Weekends and peak seasons fill up quickly, so booking at least a month in advance is recommended
